Conversations & Connections Network (C&C) is delighted to announce the appointment of Mrs. Hope Nwosu as our Ambassador for the Nordic Region.
This appointment marks another step in C&C’s continuing expansion of its international network and our commitment to creating meaningful connections across Africa, Europe and beyond.
A Nigerian-Finnish award-winning author and changemaker, Hope Nwosu brings a distinctive blend of African and Nordic perspectives, professional experience and a deep commitment to inclusion, multiculturalism and human connection.
In recognition of her outstanding contribution to diversity, equality and multiculturalism, Hope was named Laurea Alumna of the Year 2025. She has also received other recognition for her contribution to diversity and multiculturalism in Finland.
She currently serves as an Employment Specialist with the City of Vantaa, supporting jobseekers from foreign backgrounds to integrate into Finnish society and access employment opportunities.
A charismatic speaker and skilled intercultural communicator, Hope uses authentic storytelling to inspire people and build more inclusive communities.
What This Means for C&C
In her capacity as C&C Ambassador – Nordic Region, Hope will help to:
• Build and facilitate strategic connections between C&C and stakeholders across the Nordic region.
• Support C&C members visiting or seeking opportunities within the region.
• Facilitate introductions and relationships between members, businesses, institutions and relevant networks.
• Support C&C events, engagements and initiatives in the Nordic region.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, trade, investment, cultural exchange, leadership and knowledge-sharing.
• Represent the values and interests of C&C within her sphere of engagement.
The appointment is ambassadorial and representational in nature and does not confer executive or governance authority within C&C.
